Nest thermostat doesn't communicate to Vivnt panel

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this. Can you control your Nest Thermostat using the Nest app? Also, are you getting any message when you try to link it to Vivint?
