Running two Waterfurnace Premier 4 units. One unit cools upstairs of house and other unit cools mid-floor and basement.
Note a big difference in cooling energy electric use. The mid-floor and basement unit is using about 1/3 the electricity as the other unit. Both set at roughly 75 degrees. My assumption is that it is that one unit either is not running efficient or that I need to add more insulation in attic. It should be noted that the upper floor of home is vinyl sided on the house and the lower half is brick. Open for suggestions. Thanks.
