Hello,
I've recently updated my wifi, and was trying to reconnect my 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat to my Nest App, but it appears that the Thermostat's Bluetooth isn't working. The Thermostat is connected to the wifi, so that's not an issue.
Prior to the wifi update, I was able to manage the Thermostat via the iPhone app and Chrome browser successfully for a couple of years, so all of the connections are fine and the AC & Heater respond to the temperature levels.
I left my phone within 12 inches of the Thermostat after scanning the QR Code and my iPhone couldn't detect the Nest Bluetooth. I even performed a full factory reset, hoping that would kickstart the Thermostat Bluetooth, but that didn't work.
Additionally, there are no other Bluetooth devices connected to my iPhone and I even deleted a few to be on the safe side.
The battery level indicated 3.8 volts, so I don't think that's an issue. I even left my laptop with the Bluetooth on, to see if that could detect the Nest Bluetooth, but it wasn't able to detect the Nest. Lastly, the device isn't presenting any error codes.
Is there some way to reset the Bluetooth feature on the Thermostat?
Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Just an FYI for anyone who has a similar problem - after spending some time on Chat with support, we uninstalled and reinstalled the iOS app, and that fixed the Bluetooth issue.
