Hi there @Marnie1 , thanks for reaching out to us here. I would be happy to try and assist.

What model of thermostat do you have installed at the location? Do you have multiple thermostats, a zoned system or only one?

Thank you AlexD, just one thermostat. Model etc are in the initial question.

Hi there @Marnie1, thanks for your reply! On a basic level, the thermostat acts as an on/off switch for the boiler and it doesn't deal with the distribution of the hot water through the installation and radiators. It only gives the on or off command to the boiler. This being said, if your radiators heat unevenly it can't be because of the thermostat and I'd recommend trying to bleed the radiators or getting a professional to check your installation.

Thank you. Boiler has been checked and a couple of parts changed. I have also had a power flush both of which had no effect so just checking it isn’t the nest causing the issues. The heat link is in a warm place and the thermostat in the hall. Would the heat link being warm have any effect on thermostat

The Heat Link being warm should not affect the thermostat at all. The display has the sensor that monitors the ambient temperature.

Hi, I wanted to check in. How has it been going with your device so far? Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Still no luck with Radiators tuning on downstairs but at least we have ruled out the Nest causing the issues.

No worries, make sure to keep us posted on how things go. Make sure to also check the pipes leading to the radiators as much as possible, as they may be in the walls. To see if the pipes to the radiators get hot as expected or not. You might be able to locate where the heating stops in the system.
