Firstly we noticed the radiators were on even though the schedule was set to be at a lower temperature than the room already was. I couldn't see why so i factory reset the thermostat.
I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app which is on both my pixel 7 pro and an android tablet from Huawei.
I am not sure yet whether that's resolved the fact the radiators were coming on when they shouldn't (time will tell) HOWEVER now when i go into schedule on either device, click add, click the day and time and then it says 'there was a problem while connecting to the nest service. Try again in a few minutes' if I click try again it then just stays trying to load or takes me back to the main Nest page.
