Nest thermostat temp reads 11 degrees lower than set temp

I can control my nest in our second home remotely. Recently it is reading that the temp is 11 degrees lower than the set temp of 70 degrees, why is this?

Could you please share with us a screenshot of your thermostat's current and target temperatures? Is there someone at the location we can ask to check the thermostat? Also, what Nest Thermostat model is it?
