Nest thermostat

Just installed nest gen 3 everything worked after 3 days don’t work showing code E74

Hi there,

 

@Lascellesdunkle, I saw your post and wanted to chime in — I'd love to help.

 

The Nest Thermostat will give you that E74  if it detects that there's no power to your RH wire. Mostly, it can happen if you encounter a power outage in your area. Make sure that the breaker is on and you receive power to your home. Also, you can check if the RH wire is properly inserted in its terminal. 

 

You can check this article  for additional  troubleshooting and let me know hot it goes.

Also, try to restart all your thermostats or check the wires voltage with a voltmeter.
