Upgraded to 4th Gen, seems to work fine, but the outer ring doesn't just turn, it can be shifted up and down. The base doesn't move just the ring. YouTube video showing sloppy ring fit
Is this normal or shoddy quality control?

Hello browntown,
Thank you so much for posting in this community. I’m sorry to hear that the outer ring of your Nest Learning Thermostat (4th gen) is wobbling. Don’t worry; I would be more than happy to help.
To provide you with accurate information, please help me out by answering the following questions:
When did you purchase this device?
Was it in sealed packaging?
Was there any damage to the packaging?
Where was the product purchased?
I'll look forward to your responses.
Best regards,
Daniel

Did you read my post? Or just skim and cut and paste? It turns, but in addition to turning, the ring shifts up and down. I made a YouTube video showing my concern, and linked it in my message. Simple question, is that movement normal? Bought it directly from google store, yes - sealed and undamaged packaging.
