No Power to RW wire... no heat, help!!

Hi there - My Nest stopped working of a sudden and how it's reporting no power to the RW3 wire. Oy - it's the coldest day of the year here. 

I've turned it off/on, recharged the battery, ensured the wires are 3/8 inch/in proper placement, etc. Any other ideas???
