I received a notification on my phone. It indicated my Nest generation 3 needs to be replaced due to the battery. My thermostat and my app show no error codes and no messages. The power is spot on. The connection is spot on.
Has anyone been receiving any mysterious notification?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Is this the first time you received this notification? Did you make any changes to your thermostat settings? What is the power reading of your Nest Thermostat? You can find this information by going to Settings > Technical Info > Power. Also, what country are you located in?
