Background/setup
4 floor / 5 bed terraced house.
2 x nest learning thermostats
Nest 1: Kitchen: under floor heating
Nest 2: Rest of house: radiators, mostly with TRV valves
Pre pandemic nest worked ok(ish).
Post WFH I find a real issue is that during day (in the winter) I'd like 1 of 3 rooms my wife/I working to get some heat. But no need to heat the rest of the house
Aside from running around and turning trvs down and then up again, I can't see a way to do this. So, either smart trv or wireless trvs seem the option.
Reading up, it sounds like some say evergenie work with nest, others say that is now broken..
So, anyone here know if
A) there are any compatible smart trvs that work with nest? Ideally would like to have a schedule that set both the heating being on, AND being different temps in different parts of the housen(via trvs)
Or (I think more likely)
B) any issues if I have wireless trvs (so need to either schedule those in sync with nest, or, turn rest of house down if only want to heat 1 or 2 rooms?

I tried the Energenie stuff and it's rubbish

Hello.
Did you find any smart trv that are compatible with nest?
I have the same situation as you and want to control which rooms we heat this winter rather than all or nothing.
Thanks

No, I never found anything the worked or was cost effective, so just go round the house adjusting manually..

I’ve the same issue. Would like to add Smart TRV’s in parts of the house not well linked to where the main thermostat resides and would be very expensive to create another Nest zone.
Having real problems finding compatible Smart TRV’s that work with Nest thermostats.
Has anyone found anything compatible?
