Promo for replacement of Nest 1s and 2s

I know there is a special offer from Google to allow me to buy a new 4th gen Nest. I bought my 2 nests at different times. A few months apart.  I ordered and received the first Nest4.  I assumed my next email would give me an opportunity to by a second Nest 4 at the reduced price. I did not notice that I could have orderedboth new ones at once. How do I get another promo code for a second Nest 4?

You could try contacting Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
