My Gen 3 is caught in a restart loop. I'm guessing it's due to an update. It keeps repeating the restart loop. I CANNOT GET INTO THE CONTROLS TO RESET THE GEN3.
I have no way to stop this loop. Even unplugging it from the wall does nothing (it must have a rechargeable backup battery which the user doesn't have access to).
I CAN'T FIND A PHONE NUMBER FOR GOOGLE HELP. My Gen 3 was part of a complete New HVAC install and the tech is the one who added the Gen 3 to the system.
Now what? It's winter time.
