My nest stopped working and was offered a replacement with hold on the costs until they received the faulty one.
I tried this at 3 locations and this would not scan I then received another shipping label and again this will not scan and again tried multiple DHL locations.
I am getting passed from pillar to post, had 4 very lengthy online chats, had promises of resolving with no such email being received there is zero help I have spent so many hours and if they do take this money I will be in so much financial hardship as single working parent I am tearing my hair out
