Rush Hour Energy

My thermostat keeps switching to rush hour energy in times of extreme heat and bumping it all the way up to 82. I’ve seen some things online about withdrawing on the app, the nest renew portal, and through your energy provider. The only thing I haven’t done is call my provider. Anyone else have this issue?

Yes, I adjusted the temperature from my job  and when I got home the Nest switched the temp to 82! It's almost 95 degrees in MD! Not to mention it keeps running and running! No auto!
