I have heating temperatures scheduled at 12midnight, 2am and 7am. No other activities have been scheduled. I rely on the presence sensing to drop the temp to Eco level when no one is home.
Over the past several days, the 7a schedule to set the temp to 70f has been activating at 10am, just after the thermostat switches to the Eco temp 65f. This defeats the purpose of having the heating level drop when no one is home.
I've looked everywhere and can't find the issue.
This was much easier with my 2nd generation thermostat and the old nest app.
Any ideas?
Thanks...

Hi @Jaypea500,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. I understand that the scheduled temperature set for your Nest Thermostat activates unexpectedly, specifically right after the thermostat switches to the Eco temperature. I know this must be concerning, especially since you've checked all your settings in your new Nest Thermostat and that your previous Nest Learning Thermostat (2nd gen) was easier to control. I appreciate the detailed information you've shared. Let's work together to figure this out.. To better assist you, I have some questions for you:
Any additional details you can provide will be helpful.
Cheers,
Jonathan
