Google has unilaterally decided that the equipment we purchased will lose its functionality, so we have to buy more equipment. While Google has repeatedly promised to send a discount code to those of us who bought Nest instead of Google, no code has been emailed.
I need that discount code. Or I need a way to join the Class Action lawsuit to break up Google.

Derickf, I have the same issue. Looking for a code I have not received. I have a Gen 1 and would like to order that Gen 4 so I can schedule my electrician to change it out. Thank you.
I am located in Cheney, WA, have a first generation item and yes it is active on my account.

Please somebody get a class action, I've spent hours and hours on the phone with this BS outsource support and still can't get my issue resolved. Google really needs to handle this and as a shareholder I am not happy

Hi Derick,
See below for case numbers. I also was able to find Paul Gojenola's (Hardware VP for Nest/Fitbit/Pixel) direct phone number online and was texting him with no resolution. I also emailed the support email addresses for google's support, India Grievance, Google's press, Google's legal team, etc... I am tempted to just mail Paul my thermostat directly to his residence in *** to see what he can do since the outsourced support is worthless.

I would love to join a class action... By the way, the VP of Google's hardware division has his working cell number listed on google. Just search "Paul Gojenola emal" on google and his cell pops up right at the top. He even kind of responded to me
