Stop Nest Renewal Spam

Can we stop the Nest Renewal Spam within the app? While we're at it, can we also stop the request to join the eco program? I've declined multiple times and am tired of being marketed within an app. I don't get these in Home App nor Nest protect. Never had it in Ecobee. Annoying that Google is forcing these to customers with an option to simply decline in perpetuity.
