We installed the thermostat several months ago and have gotten a couple of notices saying "Your system briefly stopped heating several times."
I love that it gives us this notice, but is there any way to get the notice more timely? The emails come ~2 weeks after the first incident in a series, and I would rather know within a day of that happening.

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that getting these alerts earlier would be helpful. Usually, you'll get an alert within a week if your thermostat detects an issue that should be fixed soon. You could click on this link to learn more about this.
