A few days ago, the Nest app started to display “no usage” every day - which is incorrect, as if clicked on, you would be show the usage over the day. The nest website does same. The thermostat itself also says “no usage” but clearly displays usage day by day. How do I clear this issue? Only had it for a few months and already suffered the W5 issue.

We're aware of an issue with the Nest Thermostat Energy History showing "No usage," but tapping the day will show detailed usage. Our team is working on resolving this issue, and please let our product team know yours through feedback.
Also, with your thermostat showing a W5 message, please try restarting your thermostat by pressing and holding its screen for 10 seconds until it shuts down to refresh, then let me know if the same issue persists.
