Tstat not sensitive enough

The AC stays on too long and house gets too cold.  And after it finally shuts off the AC the house gets too warm before it turns on AC again.   Seems like the tstat is not sensitive enough.  What to do?

Thanks for letting us know about the incorrect temperature reading with your Nest Thermostat sensor. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

A few questions: does it show any delay timer or how long it would take before reaching the temperature? Does it have a Common wire installed? Also, could you provide us a rundown of all the steps you've tried to recalibrate it?
