My thermostat has no water symbol or water schedule. I have tried "equipment" but it only shows my heat source and heat type, nothing else. I now have no hot water in the house and can't get any response from Google assist. This happened when a Google Nest Expert reset my thermostat when the heating schedule was wrong. Can anyone tell me how to get my water back?
I would be really grateful for any assistance.

For all those out there who nobody at Google or Nest informed a lot of the changes you need to make on the thermostat including my issue cannot be fixed on the app but only on the thermostat unit.
It's a shame someone writing these bloody manuals dont test them out before printing them and assume that everyone is a clever as they are!

You are correct, in order to change the system settings to enable the hot water, if the settings were reset or changed, you do need to do it from the thermostat display itself.
Did you mange to get the settings sorted or do you still need assistance with it?
