W5 error on nest therm

  • I am so frustrated. Have followed all the trouble shoot suggestions. Nada.
  • no way to contact google. 
    my upstairs thermostat is connected and my downstairs one stopped connected to Wi-Fi a few weeks ago. I have intermittent tried to start it but to no avail.
  • Thermostat is only 4 months old …
