Warranty Assistance

I'm having an issue with my Nest Learning Thermostat and submitted what I think is a Warranty Request.  I never received an e-mail showing I submitted one, but it looks as if I have a Case ID 2-5373000034038.  How long does it take someone from Google to get back to me?  It didn't even let me give a reason for what's going on with my thermostat and why I am requesting a warranty repair/replacement. The Thermostat battery won't hold a charge.  It worked fine for 4 months.  It also won't connect to the WiFi any longer.  I have two systems in my house and have swapped the Thermostats and the other one works fine on the base and the bad one won't charge on the other base either.  I've tried plugging it directly into USB to charge it. That seemed to work for a while but now it won't even hold a charge by plugging it into USB.

How do I make a Google charger warranty claim? It isn't listed here, hence I had to choose Thermostat!! 

Jill, would you please help me also?  I have filed two warranty claims on my 3rd gen Learning Thermostat, the last being on May 31, 2023.  I have received no e-mail responses on either.  Thanks.

@LeePetersUSN, I see from here that your Nest Learning Thermostat has been replaced already. Zoe, thank you for your assistance. The problem is I have no Case Id’s since I never received any responses to either of the claims I made. I purchased another google thermostat at Home Depot and would like a warranty refund on the defective one I have now. I purchased  the one I’m trying to return at Amazon and they say I can only get a refund though google. Not a happy google customer right now.

I need to make a warranty claim for a Google 30w charger. How do I do it? Why isn't it listed?

@zoeuvre  Thanks.  Trying to be patient, but we live in Florida and need this addressed as soon as possible as we are without our system on one side of the house and it is causing the other system to have to work overtime to try an keep the whole house cool.
