Will Nest work with my thermostat wiring

Just wondering if Google Nest thermostat will work with my unit. Thank you.

You need to look in the furnace and see where that blue wire is connected to the control board.

It looks wrong as you would only use both the Rh and Rc terminals if you had a dual transformer system, basically a separate furnace and AC.
