I have 7 nest thermostat and at least one in Generation 2.    I can't find the promotional link to buy a replacement Gen 4 thermostat..  How do I find it.

I need the discount code for upgrading my 2nd generation Nest thermostat to 4th generation.

Community member, I just tried to use The original email that NEST sent out to upgrade my thermostats at $149 each. My gen 1 would no longer be supported. As I am checking out, I get an error message 

Our records indicate we have previously received your application. At this time you may not resubmit your request.

can someone tell me if there is a phone # to call? I tried chat; it only stated creating case (but it is not allowing me to chat!!)
