Hi everyone...having a weird issue is was hoping you couldbhelp with. I have three gen 4 nest thermostat.

The google home app is not showing correct voltage of thermostat.

For example, google home app is showing voltage of basement thermostat of 3.83.

Basement thermostat is showing voltage of 3.91

Home app is showing voltage of first floor thermostat of 3.96.

First floor thermostat is showing voltage of 3.94.

Home app is showing voltage of second floor thermostat of 3.93.

Second floor thermostat is showing voltage of 3.91.

Although they are all off, the basement appears to be the worst. Any ideas?

Hi Exempt,

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you're referring to the voltage on the battery. I'm happy to help!

The reading you presented is normal and does have a difference between the apps.

If your thermostat isn't receiving enough power to charge the battery and it falls below 3.6V, your thermostat will turn off Wi-Fi, delay software updates, and disable the screen to preserve the battery charge and delay shutting down completely.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Regards,

Manuel
