I have no record of receiving the replacement offer for my Nest generation 2 thermostat. I see no one that has successfully obtained one either. Why is there no apparent path to get this done? Even ChatGPT gives a vague answer about contacting Google.

I had this email last April, I ordered it with the discount and installed it today.

I contacted Google and they called me back but it was pointless. They have absolutely no way of checking to see who/when was contacted with the discount code. We haven’t received our discount code yet and the Google rep was absolutely incapable of checking anything beyond saying, “yes, you qualify.” Horrible customer service! What else can I switch to?
