Do I have to connect my 2nd Google wifi to WAN?

Hi! I have one Google Wifi router that is connected to WAN. Now I’m Trying to add a new Google Wifi but I am not allowed to do so without connecting it to WAN. I only have one WAN-port in my wall. Do you know what’s wrong?

No, that should not be neccessary.

Do you see the existing Nest Wifi network and unit in the Google Home app where you try to add an additional point? This is required.

Do you use iOS?

Are both Nest Wifi units bought in the same country? Mixing US and EU units for instance, won't work.

If above is in place, then follow this guide where it says "Add a point or an additional router":

I don't work for Google.

Hmm, no I can't see the other one. I use iOS. Thank you so much! I'll try this tonight.
