I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing issue I've been experiencing with my WiFi device. Approximately a month ago, I reached out to your support team to report this issue and requested assistance. A ticket was created for my case, but to my dismay, it has yet to be addressed.

What is even more disheartening is that I have been trying to reach out to Kevin, who is designated as the case expert for my issue, via email, but I have not received any response from him either. This lack of communication and support has left me in a state of annoyance and inconvenience.

I understand that technical issues can be complex and may take time to resolve, but a month without any update or communication is highly frustrating. I rely on my WiFi for various essential tasks, and this prolonged outage is causing significant disruption to my daily life.

I kindly request an immediate update on the status of my support ticket and an explanation for the delay. I would appreciate it if you could expedite the resolution process for my issue and ensure that it is addressed promptly.

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance, and I believe that my concerns are reasonable given the circumstances. I trust that your team will take this matter seriously and provide me with the assistance and support I need.

I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to my WiFi issue.

Yes, They said they don’t have a solution . They are not capable of fixing it.

for that reason, they checked warranty and it is expired. 

so they can neither provide solution nor replacement. 

To come up with this No answer they took 1 month. Is this the standard of google?
