I am 74 and would like to talk with someone. I have had "2 Wifi points offline" for some time and I have no idea how to get them back online. I need some help.....please

I am sorry for your frustration and would be happy to help assist.  Have you tried unplugging the points, leaving them unplugged for a minute and then plug back in? 

If you've done that, have you tried to do a factory reset on those two wifi points?
