Hello, I'm currently using a three unit Google Mesh for my network. Its been in place for about six months without any issues.
Recently I acquired a Canon IX6820 photo printer (it doesn't have any screens) and I'm stuck on getting it connected via wireless. Because the Nest doesn't support WPS I've been attempting to get it setup using a USB connection to my PC. The setup goes as anticipated until after I enter the network key and then a box appears prompting me for an Admin password, which I don't recall having any dealings with.
I have looked on the web but haven't found a solution for this. Any suggestion?
Thanks.

There is no "admin password" on Nest Wifi. There is wireless network name (SSID) and password (PSK, pre shared key). And your Google account is used for managing Nest Wifi with the Google Home app.
Maybe it prompts for the admin password of the printer?

I suspect you're correct. The exact message I get is "A password has been set to the printer. Enter the password and click OK." This is all thru the Canon software so I'm sure you're correct.
Thanks for your time.
