I have had a Google nest mesh wifi with an additional point for a couple of years and have had to replace 1 point and the router. I now have one of the point continually but randomly going offline and you have to disconnect it and restart it to get it back online. It is not that far away from the next point and works perfectly when connected. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Do Google care or should I just put it down to a bad experience and move to another non Google mesh system. Thanks

I am having the same issue and the fact that you cannot talk to someone is even more frustrating.

Hey folks,
Thanks for reaching out — let's see what's going on.
Has there been any recent changes on your network structure? Are you using a modem/router combo provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? Also make sure that there are no special characters on your guest network's name and password.
Try giving these steps a whirl:
Unplug the power from your Google Wifi devices for 2 minutes.
Change your guest network's name and password
If the issue persists, factory reset your network and use a different network name and password.
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Abi
