I’ve got a mesh network of three google WiFi points (white pucks).  This morning all my devices showed that I was connected to my WiFi network, however none of the devices actually had an internet connection.

Naturally I tried to reset the modem, and the google WiFi points.  I did this several times to no avail.  My next idea was to factory reset the google WiFi point and start a new network.

I did the factory reset, got the blinking blue light followed by the pulsing blue light which allowed me to proceed with the setup.  After scanning the QR code, I got an error saying unable to connect.

Hey there,

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.

I understand that wifi issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Please let me know.

Best regards,

Garrett DS

Hi, Eric.

I’m just checking in real quick to see if you saw Garrett's reply and to see if we needed anything else here or if you were able to resolve the problem. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do here.

Thanks
