Google nest

I’m having issues connecting to my Google nest. Every time I try to ask Google to do something Italians me to log into my Google app. I am logged into my Google app so I don’t know what to do can anybody help?

Sorry for the connection issues you're experiencing. That sounds like a frustrating experience to be dealing with. Let's look at the situation and come up with a fix for you.

Real quick, to make sure we're talking about the same thing, can you clarify which device is failing to connect? Are you trying to set up a thermostat, a speaker or display, or is it the Nest WiFi network itself? If you can clear that up, we can find out what's going on. Same problems here... Working from home this is super bad. The Google WiFi router is directly connected to my modem...

Hey, KoenA.

Sorry you're seeing the same issue. So this is happening every time you try to use the voice commands? Is it limited to when you are using the Google hotwords, such as "Ok, Google?"

Sorry for all the questions, but I'm trying to make sure we're going down the right path between it being an issue with Assistant vs. the hardware itself. Any insight you can provide will help.

It's at random... Everything goes offline... Except the modem. I actually bridged the modem today to the Google mesh router... To avoid conflict. And I have the feeling it is solved... But I will see tht upcoming days...
