We have Xfinity modem and use a nest router with two additional WiFi points. When Xfinity does any work on their equipment it disconnects the mesh system. Normally I can unplug and get everything g back on. In past I have had to do a factory reset.
well today I tried everything and finally did a factory reset. I can’t reconnect my router. I’ve deleted app and everything. Nothing will work.
