I’m having the same trouble connecting my NEW WiFi pucks to my existing Google Fiber network.

My pucks are blinking blue, ready to go, but I cannot get them Added to my existing account. Every time I try, the system defaults to the WiFi puck itself and it won’t get online or add-to my existing network.

Sorry for the issues you're having getting your new WiFi points set up. It can be quite a frustrating experience to have setup problems. Let's see how to get this fixed for you.

I do have a few questions for you.

• Are you able to see the points show up when you go to add a device?
• When you say the "system defaults to the WiFi puck" I'm a little unsure what you mean. Can you clarify that a bit more?
• Do you have issues seeing any other devices on your main network, or is it only the new points?
