Mesh wifi started dropping out in last 2 weeks

Had Mesh system for 2 tears.  Worked fine.  Last 2 weeks wifi points keep dropping out and reconnecting after some time.  Wifi signal at modem is fine. Have disconnected all, Modem,hub and wifi points and rebooted

Alls fine until a wifi poi t drops out again.  Software is 3.73.424614

To better assist you, please provide me with the following information:

 

  • Are there any special characters included in your username or password?
  • What Google Nest point do you have? 
  • Do you use a modem and router combo?
  • What’s the color of the light on the parent point? 
  • Is there a switch on the network?
  • How far are the WiFi points from each other?

 

In the meantime, please follow these troubleshooting steps: 

 

  • Remove any spaces or special characters from the SSID or password, if there's any. The SSID and password are both case-sensitive, and if there are special characters or spaces, it might cause connection issues.
  • Run a mesh test. If you get a "weak" rating, try moving the Wi-Fi point closer to their primary router or point.
  • Restart your device with the power cable.
  • Change the DNS.
