Our entire house is outfitted with the Nest Pro Wi-Fi 6emesh system. We have four points throughout the house. I've noticed a number of issues that I'm having and this is a daily occurrence.
1. Many devices randomly disconnect from the Wi-Fi or lose connectivity even if I'm standing directly next to a Wi-Fi access point.
2. Streaming TV buffers multiple times throughout the day, even within 10 ft of one of the mesh devices.
3. During video conferencing calls I get complaints that my video freezes in and out at random points. Again this happens multiple times per day. I'm literally standing next to one of the devices when this happens.
4. Each of my Wi-Fi devices seem to be hot to the touch near the bottom despite being in an air flow space.
5. I could be standing next to a device with speeds well over 250 or 300, and it dials all the way back down to 2.5 or less.
How can this happen after spending over $600 to have this mesh system? I've read many, many similar complaints with the Nst Pro Wi-Fi 6e.
This needs to be fixed immediately or I need all of my money refunded.

Please answer the following: when did the issue start? Were there recent changes on your network? Is there a switch on your network? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
Check if you've completed the recommended troubleshooting steps below. If not, please perform them and let me know if there are any improvements with your network.
