Nest WiFi point randomly going offline

I know there is another thread for the same issue which is going on for over two years and has almost 1,500 comments/complaints, but there is exactly 0 responses from any google reps recently.

Me, like many many others with the same issue would to get a clear response from someone at your company regarding the status of a fix for this issue or the lack of such fix. Is still have some time to return it so I would like to understand whether there is a fix in sight or should I just return it and switch to another manufacturer. I have heard that Amazon makes a decent mesh routers that don't die on me all of a sudden.

Sincerely,
Loayl (I am really trying here) and paying google customer.

Hello everyone,

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry for this experience.

Please factory reset and setup the Google Nest Wifi point that keeps going offline. Try switching its placement with your other working Wifi point and let me know what happens.

Cheers,
Lovely

Hi LovelyM,

No, it doesn't help. I am currently on my second set of Nest Wi-Fi. The problem is the same with the WIFI point located in the same room. I have basement access point and living room access point. The point in Living Room constantly (periodically rather) goes offline. If I switch the devices - the result is the same, the one located in the living room goes off line every once in a while.
I have over 40 smart home devices and pcs, tablets, etc... MOST of them are connected to the poin in the living room, so it looks like periodically point located in the living room just gags on the data traffic and dies... Video from Nest doorbell and camera go through this device, so it does look like it just chokes because of too much data going through it...
