I was so excited about the Nest Mesh Wifi system. Had trouble right from the start but then everything settled down. I was receiving upload speeds around 800, and download speeds around 850 for 5 months. Then out of no where last week it had serious issues so after hours and hours of troubleshooting with customer support we did a full factor reset and I have yet to get upload speeds over 139. I have spent days and hours each call on the phone with them just for them to tell me the diagnostic report shows no issues...
This is hands down the worst customer support I've ever dealt with! Currently still on hold 53 minutes into the call today and they are still saying the same bs answer. I need a replacement and they flat out won't send me one. (Still under warranty)
I'm sorry to hear about the frustrations you've had with the Nest WiFi setup and with your attempts to get it worked out. When you posted this you were on hold with customer support.
