Nest doorbell “offline”

We have had flawless performance with two Nest doorbells over the last 5 years. Over the last two months the App feeds only work when we are in the house??  We have tried all resets and need help. Thnx.

If you have iPhones, one possibility is that you've inadvertently turned off "Cellular Data" for the "Nest" app.

my other cameras work flawlessly, my doorbell also have been giving me issues the past few days just simply saying OFFLINE, I did a breaker reset and still nothing
