- What does the Google Home app report as your internal network speed?
- Does the slow speed affect wired devices, wireless devices, or everything?
- Is the slow speed constant, or does it fluctuate at specific times of day?
- How many devices are actively using the internet at once?
- Are there any current large downloads, uploads, video streams, or online gaming sessions running?
- Is the slow speed only occurring through a particular app, program, or service?
- Have you performed a speed test while connected directly to the modem?
- To make sure I don't ask you to repeat anything, could you let me know which troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried?
