Can't Find a Google Home Routine on my phone that i wrote on Google Web

Hi there.  I wrote a little Routine on Google Web that turns my seedling fan on for 20 minutes every 2 hours.  I validated, saved, and activated it on Google Web, and it works, and I can see a log that the Routine ran on the Home app on my phone    But..... on my Phone, when I look at the "Automations" tab, it this new Routine is not there.  I'd like to be able to pause the Routine from my phone when needed, rather than getting on my computer and doing it.  Any idea why my new Routine is not showing up on my phone?  Thanks

Hi @BillKolegraff,

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand you're unable to locate the specific "seedling fan" routine within the Automations tab of the Google Home app on your phone, despite it being successfully created and active on the Google Home for web platform. I’m happy to help you.
To assist you further, I’d like to know a few more details:

  • Could you please confirm if you are using the same account on both the Google Home web platform and the mobile app?
  • Are you currently enrolled in the Public Preview program in your Google Home app?
  • Is your Google Home app updated to the latest version?
  • Do you see any other routines in your app, or is it just this specific scripted one that's missing?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting us?

Keep me posted, and I'll be waiting for your response.

Best regards,
Ashley
