In January added a camera and had help to move previous nest cameras to Google nest aware and bought subscription . Just bought one more camera to add. Got on my Google home..followed instructions and at the end got message to contact subscription owner to add camera. I am the subscription owner...nothing ever changed,,same name , same address, same email and I have had it for years. What do I do? No numbers available to talk to a person.

I'm just another Google Nest customer with a Nest Aware subscription, and do not know why you're getting that message. You could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

On the Contact Us page:
1. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
2. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
3. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
4. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
