I am trying to set up a fan control cluster for discrete speeds (e.g. low, medium, high). All have been able to get is a slider with continuous values. Is there a way go configure the fan control cluster to display discrete fan speeds? I am testing this on Andriod. Thanks

Hello @adeo ,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your issue. The Google Home App already has a predetermined screen. If the UI does not show discrete fan speeds, you can try using voice commands. For more information in this regard refer to Google Home APIs.

Hi adeo,
Thank you for posting in the community. I understand that you would like to step up a multispeed fan control cluster and configure the fan speeds. Let's work together for a solution.
Currently, this option isn't available. We're constantly working for improvements; please share your thoughts and experience and submit it to feedback for future updates about control fans.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Byron

Hi Byron,
Thanks for your reply. What I find strange is that someone sent me an image of a fan control cluster that looks like what I need. I have no clue how this was done. Some people I talked to think this may be an early version of the fan control cluster. I tried rolling the revision number of the fan control cluster back in the ZAP tool but it did not make a difference.

Hi sipriyadarshi,
See the image below. This is a device that is on the market, so somehow they were able to get the fan control to show discrete modes. I would love to know how they did it.
