I have tried everything on the forms to fix our Google hub it is stuck with a colored G on white screen will not go away does not work. I’ve done everything. Everybody else has suggested. I cannot contact Google and get a response or get a live person this is very frustrated from Google. How dare you not have a live person available to speak with and when I call this number is no longer in service with Google very professional.

Can you share more information about what type of hub (1st Gen / 2nd Gen / Hub Max) are you facing this issue with ? As an initial step I would recommend factory resetting your hub device following this link.
If this issue still persists I would recommend opening a bug in this regard on the Public Issue Tracker. Please provide additional details for your hub like Model Number , Screenshot and a video recording of the issue in the bug. This will help us in getting a better context of your issue and providing you with a solution.

Our Google hub it is stuck on the gray screen with a white G will not go away. I’ve done everything. Everybody else has suggested. I cannot contact Google and get a response. The last thing I tried was to get into recovery mode, I did the two button rest and now it just constantly returns to recovery mode, it doesn’t stay on the gray screen with the white G. So now a new problem. I’m not sure as to which gen I have because we own 8 of these one for each room all bought at different times so not sure which is which.
