Integration with Switchbot not showing on script editor

Hi everyone,

I have 2 thermometers from switchbot which are visible on my home app, on my nesthub but I can't use them on any script editor automation. Any ideas on how to make it visible?

I've been struggling with devices not showing up as well. For me the issue was that there were multiple devices with the same name in the same room (e.g I had a open/close sensor called 'door' and blinds called 'door'). Once I changed the names to something more unique, I could access them in the script editor.

Hi @Stoic_Engineer ,

This is not my case, all my sensors have unique names. Apparently, Switchbot applied for having their devices as starters but google has not approved yet. Not sure why and how long it will take, but its a bummer as i bought the devices to use as automation starters

Can you open up a ticket on the public issue tracker in this regard adding details like your project ID, metadata snippet what you are providing and also related screenshots ?
