Dear Google Home Support Team,
We are experiencing a serious issue with our Google Home integration for Keemple Smart Home using the Keemple 2.0 application.
For the past several months, all Keemple devices have been showing as “Offline” in Google Home on iOS devices. The problem affects all iPhones and all iOS users we have tested.
Important details:
The same Google accounts and the same Keemple devices work correctly on Android.
Users can successfully link their Keemple account in Google Home.
The integration process completes successfully and devices are imported into Google Home.
However, all imported devices immediately appear as “Offline”.
Voice commands through Google Assistant also do not work.
The same issue occurs on Google speakers / Nest devices connected to accounts configured from iOS.
The issue affects all device types in our ecosystem.
Troubleshooting steps already performed:
Unlinking and relinking the Keemple account
Removing and recreating the Google Home setup
Reinstalling the Google Home application
Testing with completely new Google accounts
Testing on multiple different iPhone devices
None of these steps resolved the issue.
At the same time:
This suggests the issue may be related specifically to the iOS Google Home environment or differences in how the integration is handled on iOS compared to Android.
We would appreciate your assistance in investigating this issue.
Please let us know:
whether there are any known issues related to Google Home integrations on iOS,
whether additional logging or diagnostics can be enabled,
or if there are any recent platform/API changes that could affect Cloud-to-Cloud integrations differently on iOS.
