Matter Robot Vacuum Cleaner sends push notifications on all state changes

Robot Vacuum Cleaner (RVC) is an officially supported Matter device type for GHA as shown here. However, GHA sends a push notification to the user on every RVC state change, regardless of the user's notification settings.

Additionally, the run mode cluster is just shown in the app raw, labeled "RVC Run Mode", which is just sloppy. 

I honestly don't understand why the UI/UX and logical behavior of Matter devices is any different from an equivalent Could-to-Cloud device. A light bulb is a lightbulb. A thermostat is a thermostat. A vacuum is a vacuum.

Thanks for flagging these Matter integration issues. Please file a bug in Google's Issue Tracker covering both the notification behavior and the UI labeling problem. Post the bug ID back here so I can escalate it to the Matter team.
